What is customer retention?? Customer retention is a plan or strategy that you NEED to have in place in order to keep in contact with your customers and clients.
You will put in a lot of time and hard work to build your business and the last thing you want is your customers and downline to feel unimportant. You went through all the hard work of getting that person to buy from you, do not let that person slip away. For every month that goes by and you have no contact with your customer, you loose about 10% of your influence over them.
Trust me, if you think they are going to stay loyal to you just because they know you, think again. Even family members and close friends will buy elsewhere if they think the grass is greener someplace else.
